Overview of role:
Description:
We are recruiting for an experienced Account Payable for our client, a sales and distribution company based in Citywest, Co. Dublin.
Salary on offer €35k to €38k depending on experience, and hybrid working (2 days working from home on successful completion of training).
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Logging and registering purchase ledger invoices and distributing them for approval
- Matching, batching, and coding overheads & stock invoices
- Setting up and managing supplier payments on the system
- Reconciliation of key supplier statements
- Emailing remittances to suppliers
- Processing payment runs
- Resolve any invoice queries as and when they arise
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in an accounts payable role
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritise daily work requirements
- Working to a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience in ERP and SAP systems is an advantage
On Offer:
- The hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
- Hybrid working (2 days from home after training is completed)
- Salary of €35k to €38k depending on experience
