Insurance Customer Service Agent

Overview of role:



We are looking for a well presented and outgoing Customer Service Agent for our client based in Cavan Town.

Working within an Irish owned Insurance Company, your primary role will be to resolve customer queries over the phone as well as to provide a professional and friendly reception to in person visitors. This role would suit someone who already has some experience in the insurance industry and is looking to advance their career.




  • Answering high volume inbound calls – dealing with customer queries
  • Making outbound calls – returning calls to customers quickly and efficiently
  • Updating customer details and queries accurately on the internal database
  • Evaluate customer requirements and provide solutions
  • Various reception duties, as required




The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service
  • At least 1 year of experience in the insurance industry
  • Excellent customer service, sales, and communication skills
  • Must have successfully passed the Leaving Certificate
  • A desire to learn and develop your career in the insurance industry
  • A friendly attitude and the ability to work in a team, and on your own initiative


What We Offer:

  • Salary of €27k to €32k
  • Full time permanent role
  • Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
