Overview of role:

We are currently looking to recruit an administrator for a 8 month contract based in Dublin 12 to cover a maternity contract.

Description:

Duties:

  • Providing administration support in a busy distribution company
  • Handling queries via phone, email or directly
  • Liaising with carriers
  • Dealing with internal departments general administration
  • Filing / scanning / data entry
  • General adhoc admin duties

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years admin experience
  • Computer literate and able to learn and use a number of systems on a daily basis
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent phone manner
  • Some logistics background would be an advantage
  • Must be able to work on your own initiative following training

Salary on this role will range at €25K.
