Account Manager / Sales (Soft Services)

We are looking for an Account Manager / Sales Executive to manage a portfolio of clients within commercial waste management industry, covering clients all over Munster.

The ideal candidate will have experience either in Facilities Management / Account Management / Sales Executive managing soft services within industries of waste, cleaning or security.
You will be trained and sent on courses for pest control but you need to have commercial awareness, client management and up selling experience.

Responsibilities:

• Onboarding new clients and continuing to be the main point of contact
• Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations to key accounts and new targeted accounts
• Maintaining client relationships
• Logging data with CRM systems on a daily basis and maintaining accurate records of the total number of sales made, potential and existing customers, as well as sales employee performance evaluations
• Play a lead role in large tenders and assist marketing with developing standardised templates
• Conducting in-depth research on competitors’ products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests
• Analysing sales metrics to determine whether current sales strategies are effective
• Report weekly sales KPI’s and other reports and KPI’s as required

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven 3+ years sales experience or facilities management experience, this is essential
• Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
• Experience working with a CRM system
• Ability to work with autonomy whilst being held accountable to results/ targets
• Desired experience – dealing with senior people, business owners & buyers
• Full, clean driving licence is essential
