Call Centre Agents (Insurance)

We are actively recruiting for Call Centre Agents for our client, an Insurance company, based in South Dublin.

We are recruiting for a number of roles within this company at two levels:

  • Entry Level – candidates that would like to forge a career in the Insurance industry while learning on the job . This is an entry level role – No experience required. Starting Salary – €26,500
  • 1 year experience within a sales role – whether in a call centre or door to door sales, we would like to take your sales experience and train you up in insurance. Starting Salary – €30K

For both roles you must also have the following:

  • Positive attitude and have completed your Leaving Certificate or LCA and be looking to develop a strong career within Insurance industry. You will receive full training, and all assistance necessary to achieve your Insurance qualifications, setting you on your way to a very successful career
  • These are full-time, permanent positions with excellent career progression opportunities, ideal for candidates who are ambitious and driven to succeed

Responsibilities:

  • Answering high volume inbound calls – dealing with customer questions, and renewals enquiries
  • Making outbound calls – returning calls to customers quickly and efficiently
  • Updating customer details and queries accurately on the internal database
  • Evaluate customer requirements and provide suitable cover solutions
  • Develop good negotiation and sales skills – Training will be provided but you must have a can-do attitude and be driven to succeed
