Call Centre / Sales Agents

We are actively recruiting for Call Centre Agents for our client, an Insurance company, based in South Dublin.

4 to 12+ months experience within a sales role – whether in a call centre or door to door sales, we would like to take your sales experience and train you up in insurance, must have business to business sales experience.

To qualify for an interview for this role you must have following on your CV:

  • Completed your Leaving Certificate or LCA
  • Employment history showing minimum of 4 to 6 months experience working in either a call centre environment or door to door sales or similar

Responsibilities:

  • Answering high volume inbound calls – dealing with customer questions, and renewals enquiries
  • Making outbound calls – returning calls to customers quickly and efficiently
  • Updating customer details and queries accurately on the internal database
  • Evaluate customer’s requirements and provide suitable cover solutions
  • Develop good negotiation and sales skills – Training will be provided but you must have a can-do attitude and be driven to succeed

Starting Salary: €30k to €33k DOE.
