We are actively recruiting for Entry Level Call Centre Agents for our client, an Insurance company, based in South Dublin.
Entry Level – candidates that would like to forge a career in the Insurance industry while learning on the job . This is an entry level role – No experience required.
To qualify for an interview, suitable candidates must have the following:
- Positive attitude and have completed your Leaving Certificate or LCA
- Live local to Dublin 6 area OR have own transport within a 20 / 25 minute commute
Responsibilities:
- Answering high volume inbound calls – dealing with customer questions, and renewals enquiries
- Making outbound calls – returning calls to customers quickly and efficiently
- Updating customer details and queries accurately on the internal database
- Evaluate customer’s requirements and provide suitable cover solutions
- Develop good negotiation and sales skills – Training will be provided but you must have a can-do attitude and be driven to succeed
