Entry Level Call Centre Agents

We are actively recruiting for Entry Level Call Centre Agents for our client, an Insurance company, based in South Dublin.

Entry Level – candidates that would like to forge a career in the Insurance industry while learning on the job . This is an entry level role – No experience required.

To qualify for an interview, suitable candidates must have the following:

  • Positive attitude and have completed your Leaving Certificate or LCA
  • Live local to Dublin 6 area OR have own transport within a 20 / 25 minute commute

Responsibilities:

  • Answering high volume inbound calls – dealing with customer questions, and renewals enquiries
  • Making outbound calls – returning calls to customers quickly and efficiently
  • Updating customer details and queries accurately on the internal database
  • Evaluate customer’s requirements and provide suitable cover solutions
  • Develop good negotiation and sales skills – Training will be provided but you must have a can-do attitude and be driven to succeed

  • Starting Salary €28,500
