Overview of role:
Description:
We are recruiting a Forklift Driver/Warehouse Operative for a Day Shift for our client, a busy Logistics company based 15 minute cycle from Newcastle, Co. Dublin.
Full time permanent roles working directly for our client, with excellent progression opportunities.
You must have a valid and in date Reach, Counterbalance OR PPT licence.
Experience working with hazardous goods or within a manufacturing company essential.
Monday to Friday – 6am to 2pm – €14.50 per hour rising to €15 per hour on completion of probation.
Own transport is essential due to the location of the company OR be able to cycle within reason.
Responsibilities:
- Loading/Unloading trailers
- Goods inwards checking
- Loading and unloading of pallets
- Relocating pallets within the warehouse
- Completion of all relevant administration as and when required
- Participate in stocktaking, and cycle counting as required
Requirements:
- Valid Counterbalance or Reach Forklift licence OR PPT is required
- Experience working with hazardous goods or within a manufacturing company essential
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience operating forklifts essential
- Fluent English both written and oral essential
Offer
- Rate of pay: 14.50/hr rising to €15/hr.
- Shift: Monday to Friday 6am to 2pm.
