Insurance Administrator

Overview of role:



We are looking for an Insurance Retention Administrator to join a team handling policy renewals and existing clients. You will be based in South Dublin.

In order to qualify for this role, suitable candidates must have minimum of 2 years office administration experience with a key eye for attention to detail.




  • Working with and supporting account executives within the team and reporting to management
  • Processing new business and renewal policies, schedules, endorsements and issuing any relevant documentation
  • Liaising with clients and Insurers on a day-to-day basis and developing close working relationships
  • Handling all aspects of risk, including risk management advice, market canvass, quotations, renewals, alternations, new business prospecting etc.




The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 2 year office administration experience
  • Great communication and customer service skills
  • Familiarity  with MS Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Good attention/eye for detail
  • Personable and professional minded
  • An organised approach to time and resource management
  • Can work effectively in a busy, high pressured environment


What We Offer

  • Salary of €27k to €30k
  • Full time permanent role, Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm
  • Excellent training provided to help you achieve your insurance qualifications
