We are actively recruiting for a Customer Account / Sales Executive for our client, a large medical supplies and distribution company, based in Ashbourne, County Meath.
You will be tasked with making telephone calls to existing customers to secure regular orders for existing products and to introduce new products for sale. As you build strong relationships with your customers, you will be generating additional orders and increasing sales with every call.
You will have minimum 2 years previous sales experience in a B2B environment.
Duties:
- Make outbound calls to existing clients to secure orders
- Develop an understanding of your customers needs and requirements
- Acquire a thorough understanding of company products and services, to improve sales opportunities
- Resolve any customer queries satisfactorily
- Maximise all sales opportunities helping to achieve sales targets and achieve individual sales bonus
- Record data from sales calls onto the internal database
- Be aware of industry trends, market activities, and competitors information and relay that to the management team
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ sales experience
- Previous experience in a B2B sales role, making telephone calls and securing orders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
