Overview of role:

Description:

 

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to create new sales relationships with large corporate clients. Traveling around Leinster & Munster, targeting the Service Industry.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Onboarding new clients and continuing to be the main point of contact
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations to key accounts and new targeted accounts
  • Maintaining client relationships
  • Logging data with CRM systems on a daily basis and maintaining accurate records of the total number of sales made, potential and existing customers, as well as sales employee performance evaluations
  • Play a lead role in large tenders and assist marketing with developing standardised templates
  • Conducting in-depth research on competitors’ products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests
  • Analysing sales metrics to determine whether current sales strategies are effective
  • Report weekly sales KPI’s and other reports and KPI’s as required

 

Requirements:

 

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven 3+ years sales experience. Ideally within the services sector
  • Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
  • Pest Control or Hygiene experience would be advantageous
  • Experience working with a CRM system
  • Ability to work with autonomy whilst being held accountable to results/ targets
  • Desired experience – dealing with senior people, business owners & buyers
  • Full, clean driving licence is essential

  • Basic €40k to €45k annual salary + Commission
