We are recruiting for a Service & Scheduling Administrator for our client, a leading service provider in based in Celbridge, Co. Kildare.
This is a full time permanent position for an experienced logistics / transport administrator.
On Offer:
- Salary of €38k to €40k depending on experience
- Flexi – time, core office hours are 10am to 4pm
- Hybrid working, Pension & Healthcare
Reporting to the head of internal service operations, you will oversee the field service planning, liaising with the field service and internal service teams.
Duties:
- Schedule all appointments for the Field Service Engineers
- Handle all customer queries with professionalism and efficiency
- Ensure the Engineers have the equipment necessary for the jobs on-site
- Organising the day-to-day operations and management of the Scheduling and Service Administration Team
- Perform HR-related activities (interviews, induction, appraisals etc)
- Work towards and achieve monthly service labour targets and monthly forecasting
- Respond to all Customer enquiries in a professional and efficient manner and ensure that all queries are handled efficiently
- Liaise closely with the Field Service Manager on all aspects of the schedule
- Ensure customer order numbers and appropriate paperwork have been received
- Look for ways the company can improve systems
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years previous experience working within engineering or transport as a planner or scheduler
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Perfect written and verbal English
